Professor - Carbonic Maceration

Another of our Limited Edition is our first from India's best and most famed estate "RATNAGIRI ESTATE". Better known as the "PROFESSOR" of the Indian coffee industry, Mr. Ashok Patre is the mastermind responsible for putting Indian coffee on the world map because of his exceptional knowledge in the field of coffee.

To create this stunning coffee, only the ripest cherry was hand picked by pickers. After harvesting, the defects were removed and then the coffee was fermented in sealed bins in the presence of Carbon-Di-Oxide in a controlled environment, thereby creating a unique flavor characteristic. In this case, it gives the flavour profile of Peach, Prune Juice, Orange Blossom, Moscato Wine with extremely sweet and clean cup.

This one has to be the greatest coffee heist masterminded by Mr. Ashok Patre and executed perfectly by us.
