Roasted Cacao Nibs

In an attempt to savor the best of flavor, our Organic Roasted Cacao Nibs are sourced from the finest Indian Origins.  We source our beans from Anamalai region ranked as one of the top origins in the world. 

These are the same beans used in our Fine Craft Drinking Chocolate and our bean-to-bars; so as to serve you with consistent flavors. 

The nibs are lightly roasted in small batches to enhance the flavors from their origin.

Pairing: These can be consumed as in, sprinkles on cereals, or salads, blended in smoothies, and used in baking.

Storage Instruction: Store in a cool and dry place or keep refrigerated. The white appearance may occur due to chocolate blooming from the temperature fluctuation that does not affect taste and fitness.
